Hand Knit Kilt Hose

Recently my lovely wife finished knitting me my first pair of handmade kilt hose. She’s really quite a talented knitter and they turned out very well. I do find that I need to wear some form of garter or kilt flashes to keep them up, since the yarn has no spandex. It was odd to try them on as she went, but now I see how comfortable they are since they were sculpted to my legs!
The yarn came from the Taos Wool Festival and is made from local wool, silk and viscose.

Long have men been subject to the poor and limited choices offered by the Trouser Tyrants. Pants are dead! Long Live the Kilt!
